Benefits Waterbased ink for printing onto high/low density polythene and polypropylene films.

  • Excellent transfer and laydown.
  • Very good wet and dry rub. (Wet rub develops within 2-4 hours).
  • Reduce with fast dry reducer on film or reducing medium on paper.
  • Gives excellent adhesion to treated polythene & polypropylene. Ideally 40-42 dynes is required.
Available in a wide range of colours, all of which have a standard light fastness rating of between 3-8 on the Blue Wool scale. If finished product is going to be exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods of time then a superior light fastness range is available, 5-8 on the Blue wool scale. Use of a Heavy Duty Cleaner immediately after completed production run is highly recommended. Hi-Tech Products Ltd can provide various cleaners to suit this need. These cleaners can be diluted up to 20-1 with water. Anilox Gel and Anilox Brushes are available on request. DO NOT ALLOW Ink washings to enter the good ink.
